In-shop Service:
Computer Zone's floor technicians are Dell, Microsoft, and CompTIA
certified and have over 40 years combined experience. We provide
almost any service you or your company may need. Anywhere from basic
pc setup and configuration to high level OS and application
troubleshooting. Our average turn around time is 1-2 days. We charge
$45.00 per hour with an average total ticket between $67.50 and
$90.00.
Home and Office Pickup and
Delivery:
Is your confidence in hooking up your pc a little low? No problem!
Computer Zone can pickup and deliver your computer for repairs and
upgrades for a small fee. Just give us a call.
Field
Service:
Computer Zone's field service department provides home and business
services. Virus and spyware removal. DSL, Cable, ISDN, T1, and
DIAL-Up setup and configuration. Server and workstation maintenance.
If you can think of it, we can fix it. Onsite service charges are
$75.00 per hour in Edmond (within a 5 mile radius of our
location) and $90.00 per hour elsewhere.
Virus and Spyware Removal:
Computer Zone can repair even the most damaged of systems from
spyware and viruses. We charge $67.50 for spyware removal and $67.50
for virus removal or $90.00 for a combination of both (in most
cases). Rates apply
to In-shop service. Visit our support area to find out if you have a
virus or spyware.
New Systems and Hardware Upgrades:
Computer Zone only stocks and sells high quality components, we do
not compete or price match with other companies who offer
substandard products. We keep local inventory of most products for
expedient service, unlike others who take days to order. We believe
if a computer service center is not able to stock parts, then they
cannot provide fast service.
Data Recovery:
Computer Zone provides a wide array of data recovery services.
Typical mediums include floppy disk, hard drives (IDE, SATA, and
SCSI), USB and Firewire storage devices, and digital camera media.
Data can be recovered to any media. Average data recovery cost is
$135.00.
